As you can probably tell by now from here, here and here, I really love my pumpkin spice. And seasonal drinks. Here’s a simple recipe I use to make a pumpkin spice white hot chocolate that’s pretty much the perfect blend of spice and sweetness.
Ingredients | milk, canned pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice*, and white chocolate chips
- Heat the milk on a stove until it’s slightly simmering while making sure to stir often
- Reduce heat
- Mix about 2 tbs of the canned pumpkin and a handful of the white chocolate into the milk
- Add some pumpkin pie spice to the mixture
- Stir until melted
- Add whip cream
*Don’t have pumpkin pie spice? You probably have everything that’s in it in your pantry. So, recipe here, and just add a little of each.
